Lab Reservations

Lab classrooms are available for reservation at each of DePaul's campus locations. Most classrooms are equipped with a podium PC, overhead display equipment, and 25-40 PCs for your class to use. When a PC classroom is used 5 or more times for a particular class, each student in the class is assessed a $25.00 lab usage fee on their tuition bill. To reserve one of these rooms, complete the PC classroom reservation form.

A few of the suburban campus computer lab facilities are also available for rent to external organizations. Information Services works in conjunction with Conference Services to provide this service.

Currently, the PC classrooms at the O'Hare, Rolling Meadows and Naperville campuses are available for rental from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday thru Friday.
The PC classrooms are not available for rental on the weekends.
The rental cost is $900.00 per day; if special software is required an additional $100.00 will be charged to cover the cost of testing and deploying the software.
For more information regarding the program and to schedule a reservation, outside clients must contact the Conference Service representative at the campus they are interested in.
