Using Pretty Good Privacy (PGP) for Email and File Security Encrypting Messages
  1. Compose an email message, open PGPkeys from the systray , select Current Window' and choose Encrypt. Step 1
  2. Select the public key by dragging the user from the list to the Recipients list. Step 2
  3. Once all the keys for the people are in the "Recipient List", click "OK." Step 3
  4. The message will now be encrypted and you can send it to the intended recipient. Step 4
