- Bring your valid school I.D. and $35.00 (cash, credit or money order) replacement fee to the CTA Customer Service. The $35.00 fee is non-refundable.
- CTA will replace lost or stolen cards only once per academic term.
- All replacement cards are sent to the school within 5-7 business days after the request.
- CTA Customer Service Center: 567 W. Lake Street, 2nd floor. [Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm]
If you cannot attend distribution, please visit ID Card Service office during their normal business hours: Monday – Thursday 9am–6:30pm and Friday 9am–5pm.
Undergraduate students enrolled in 12 or more credit hours in the spring quarter are eligible for the spring U-Pass.
Eligibility

- Students can use the U-Pass on any CTA bus and rail line at any time. For CTA maps and schedules, visit the CTA Web Site.
- DePaul is a participant in the CTA U-Pass program; however, fees, rules, and regulations are established by the Chicago Transit Authority and may change periodically.
